But no one will have sexual activities while you are dying (and know it)...
Its a lust-killer too... Don't know much about medications (SN and so on), but this will probably your willy make not hard too...

That is a real biological phenomenon that exists in all humans: high stress suppresses sexuality. This is because our biology is prioritizing threat response over sexuality. This makes sense evolutionarily: if you're fucking with someone and a tiger comes up, the evolutionarily preferable thing is to go "oh shit", lose interest, and prioritize responding to the threat (fight/flight/freeze).

Your struggle with libido is not a personal flaw: it is your wiring responding to a threatened condition with the usual biological response that exists in all humans.

I'm sure its been thought about for millenia. All we need to survive is food, air, water, sex and shelter...thats all we as primates innately need, require and desire to exist. With whom, either someone real or a fantasy, where and how you would you engage would be interesting subject....it maybe xxx rated, but WTF, it doesn't matter, we're all gonna die soon anyway...might as well go out with a bang!!!

I wouldn't want to go during sex cuz it might traumatize my partner.

I don't know if that's how I'd want to go but I will say that when I have sex I do spend most of it thinking about death and dying.
