hi, I've never done one of these so let's see how it goes.

I'm a 19M from Mexico. I have high functioning/level 1 autism, and well, I am here to vent and read what other people have to say.
Regarding my interests, I'm honestly kinda bad at showing them lol, but I like mostly metal music (mainly death, and alt), some rock I guess and videogame OST, and one or two songs of other genre that catches my attention.
I used to love fps games like CS and rhythm games like osu! or Geometry Dash (I beat bloodbath), but I left them in recent years for simpler games like Balatro or Tetris (I really love these 2) and games for retro consoles, I'm trying to get into the games I used to play, though.
I also love anything regarding tech and computers for as long as I can remember, specially retro things. I'm interested in low to mid level programming, and have made some homebrew for old consoles. And I have also recently fallen into the Linux rabbithole lol.

if anyone is also interested in the things I shared here, please don't hesitate to DM. I really need people who I can just speak about these things to. I have very few female friends too, so if anyone likes some of what I wrote here, reach out.

I'm 18 and a male from California. I've been homeschooled for years and I don't have any friends. I like music more than most people and my Discogs is 'YoureSoBoring' if you wish to check out some of the things I like (although, I would warn that I do like goregrind and there are numerous graphic album covers in my 'wantlist'). I like politics but have yet to read real theory or anything of the sorts (I have only read a couple books like The Holocaust Industry by Norman Finkelstein and such, so pretty basic stuff). I play bass guitar and electric guitar and love funk, metal, jazz, punk, ambient, noise, harsh noise, etc. I am also planning on applying to college (so I guess I'll see in March whether life is worth living or not as that's when college decisions come out), so feel free to talk about academic stuff as well (I plan to major in biochemistry). I am also interested in and want to learn other languages: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Russian, French, Portuguese, Italian, etc. (I can only understand some Spanish and a little Arabic). I'm very slightly into entomology and mycology, mostly surface level.

Currently in college studying CS but probably about to flunk a second time because I'm lazy and have god awful attention span. Literally can't retain anything programming rn. I want to get better but it's all breaking my brain. I'm pretty chill, try to be funny when I can.

I like video games. Love me some online co-op especially ones that need communication (We Were Here) though I haven't been able to VC recently. Or just like DRG, Ravenswatch. Also puzzle games like Escape Simulator. I haven't been able to finish much single-player games though Silksong kind of broke that recently. Hyper Light Drifter's probably my favorite game for the combat/exploration until Silksong. Night in the Woods for most relatable. I also liked Disco Elysium and been hoping to play more games that read like a novel since I can't read actual ones with my attention span.

Musicals. Most played currently is Octet. Love Amelie (West End), Great Comet, Hadestown, Company.

If it matters to you, I'm agnostic, don't really like labels but I guess I'm bisexual and mostly gay-leaning. Hoping for something honest and open, don't really like masking with politeness.

I get hyperattached to people and my heart is too fragile to handle it. I love talking about anime, music (I fuck hard with Takanaka), alcohol, politics with jester privilege, conspiracies, and shitposting. I don't play as many games as I used to but have the basics and would like to play minecraft or other friendslop games again.

Please let me learn about your stories and hyperinterests. If you want to seek some sort of recovery I can guarantee I can hold you accountable, but will not say the same for myself.

At the time of this writing, I have been unemployed for several years but am not rushing to CTB regardless. On the contrary, life seems more meaningful without a job. It would have been better still to have an income without having a job, and for privacy to be universally recognized as priority over life per se. I am a hard pro-choicer: self-determinations trumps all other concerns. This also estranges me from much left-wing politics since collectivism involves much coercion, but I don't want to do anything with the right-wing either. If you can relate to this situation, we'll probably get along.

My special interests are horror stories and opinions that go against the grain (reveal that which is commonly neglected and constitute a revolution against prevailing values). Within horror, I prefer stories that future protagonist's isolation from humanity, like "The Mound" by Lovecraft, or "Beyond The Aquila's Rift" (novel) by Alastair Reynolds. However, I don't shun a well-written creepypasta, which is my mental fast-food for when I am bored. I am also quite paranoid (a word which I ascribe positive rather than negative connotation to) so don't expect me to disclose my hobbies on the onset of conversation.
