Help is SN the way to go?

I found a resource near me that sells SN 98%
it honestly just seems too easy? like its a reputable source that doesnt seem to need verification before buying and that makes it feel too easy. I haven't attempted buying yet but I have a plan to ctb but I'm waiting for a bit and I'm between SN and hanging. I would prefer SN but it just seems too easy and that makes me skeptical. is it usually this easy to source SN in western countries?? I always see people on here saying that restricted access is part of the reason they dont use SN so I'm confused

You need to state your location. In most western countries - most being the key word - it's gotten quite tough in recent times.

If you clicked on one of the many websites provided by googling it, they need a commercial shipping and or billing address. Order will get cancelled after its placed if you can even get past checkout.
