My heart has been beating like crazy for the past week even on days I do not drink any caffine. I feel anxiety from the second I wake up until sleep. I feel pain but I do not know how to fix it. There are problems in my life right now that cannot be fixed which I believe are giving me the anxiety but I just want to live with them. Anyone have a clue on what I should do, my heart has been going crazy and I feel apprehension 24/7.

have you had covid at all recently? myocarditis can be a symptom of post-covid and post vaccine (i'm not anti-vax). schedule a doc appointment and see a cardiologist to put you on a heart monitor??? hope you feel better soon. i was born with tachycardia and on meds my entire childhood. it's no fun. i sort of out-grew it in a way...i still get it with earthquakes, nightmares or difficult hiking/biking (hills). i had several months of it in 2021/2022 post covid as well.

You can get an electrocardiogram done or just check your resting heart rate at home with a blood pressure cuff if you have one. If you have no history of cardiac or sleep issues it's probably more psychologically related.

I've chronic chest pain/ feeling of heartbreak as a consequence of my psychological health. Still physical in nature as it's all tied to the nervous system.

if you can, get something to track your heart rate and then you'll have data to bring to doctors so they'll take you seriously. like someone mentioned, this could be post-covid, covid gave me dysautonomia which involves tachycardia
