Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have bipolar disorder with severe depression, generalized anxiety, and ADHD. Currently, I'm abusing alcohol and cocaine. This makes me lie to get money to buy drugs, which gives me a horrible feeling of guilt. I cheat, but I hate doing it; it seems like I do everything impulsively, which explains the bipolar disorder (hypomania). I don't want to be like this anymore, to feel this horrible guilt. I intend to and will get out of this, get clean and sober. Any help?

There are some interesting videos on youtube by petersmithuk.about bipolar.

Before starting experimentation to see what might be effective in controlling this, it may be a good idea to get a little stability in your life. If you can begin to substitute other coping activities to replace drugs and alcohol, you might be able get the breathing room you need.

As someone who knows all about poor impulse control due to bipolar I completely sympathise. It's important to get off the alcohol and cocaine because they just makes things worse. The hypomania is likely being induced by the cocaine, I keep well clear of it because it makes me fully manic.

I'm over a year into a major depressive episode but my medication is making things sort of manageable (mood stabiliser and antidepressant).
