Finding company that is satisfactory to me I think. By definition, finding a lover falls under that. So yes, I think it would. But it is not the only possible resolution. I want to be in a place where I exist outside of my own mind. That is to say, to be in the company of someone who actually sees me.

No clue. I probably have a bastardized image of what love is supposed to be like, never having experienced it myself. Maybe it would actually make my life better. When I imagine being loved it feels like something worth living for, but it could all be in my head.
The hope of finding out isn't going to stop me from CTB at any rate.
Just another one of the many "what if" scenarios I think of sometimes.

I'd like to think so, but i can't ever see myself being stable enough to ever be capable of maintaining something as complex as a romantic relationship. i can't even maintain platonic relationships. nor can i ever see myself deserving something like that
