• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If there's an afterlife or not, I'm okay with it being a void or it being an afterlife though. Hmm, in that case, "Is there non human intelligence on Earth?"
I am leading towards the afterlife being reincarnation, looking at Jewish magick mythology and the egyptian definitely makes it plausible.
If that isn't the case, eternal blackness.
A win win in my eyes.

If it's the second hypothesis, I think you might have a mistaken idea. I get it — I used to think the same way you do now.

But hearing people who used to be able to see talk about blindness, it clicked for me: being blind isn't seeing "everything dark." It's simply nothing — like trying to see with your elbow or your toenail.
I believe death might be similar in that sense.

Sort of like sleep? I hope it is the notion, because honestly, with 4 days left, my mind is racing for any form of comfort.

Could you elaborate on thinking the same way as me? Hopefully my perspective can change.

To me, it is complete rest, because the mind and body are no longer working on anything — not to understand the world, nor to maintain themselves. That's why the idea that death is like a dream feels so real and, at the same time, pleasant to me. If life is a constant struggle to survive where we can't stand still, death is the most pleasant rest — since all relief and happiness comes from satisfying a need. In death, we satisfy the desire to stop.
