Are there any other groups or forums similar to this? Ot feels like an exclusive club where you get no replies unless your known as aomeone on the group.

what really? i feel like ive had the opposite experience since the very first day i joined. i see this as an inclusive place actually. more inclusive than any other place ive been online. i think the anonymity helps with that. yeah maybe some members who have been here longer or just stand out for being exceptional people get a little admiration for those qualities but ive never seen it prevent how much others are interacted with and replied to. i feel like everyones welcome and seen here. i noticed ur here longer than i am but i have more posts so that probably contributes

sometimes, the threads get skimmed over, maybe as users aren't sure how to answer or are looking for threads directly related to methods.

I've noticed that views/responses on threads can depend on the time you post. Also threads asking for sources tend to get ignored because they're repetitive.
