I'm on medication for gastroparesis too. I've been wondering the same thing. I just hope the metoclopramide (Reglan) will work efficiently against SN if one has been using it regularly for a while.

Keep both, they can only help for this purpose. Zofran + Domperidone = meto (Reglan). Zofran + meto = even better.

can SN be maintained for a longer period of time if immediately transferred to a plastic container? that's what i intend to do when (if) i get mine. i'm gonna cut it open and pour 15g-20g of the stuff inside 3 tiny containers. probably just seal the bag with a clothespin and hide it inside some padlocked box. thinking about this feels extremely terrifying for some reason

Should be fine.

By the way I found my old tests and will be testing that bottle which has been sitting around with SN mixed in for like 2 months or something. That should answer whether you can prepare the solution earlier and store it already dissolved in water.

about the teaspoons thing, is it really that bad of an idea? i don't like it myself but i think i'd get a whole lot of lectures if i bought a kitchen scale, even if i already intend to do it. saving the money would be great.

If you got any kind of a measuring cup you can test how many teaspoons it takes to add x amount of water into it, and then you'll know how many ml/g your teaspoon is.

How long does it take sn to deteriorate stored in a bad place? I intend to store my sn in a bad place to hide for 20 days in an airtight bottle

Depends what "bad place" means. If you keep it sealed and away from humidity there is not much that can happen to it. It's a salt.

Is clonazepam safe to take with SN, meto and cimetidine? I don't remember where I saw it, but apparently some types of benzos can reduce the effectiveness of this method, and I want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

I don't think Benzos impact SN absorption (someone correct me here, if I'm wrong). Be aware that Alcohol and Benzos will cause spotted memory, if not seizures.

I've left my SN sealed in its plastic tub and in the box it came in. Stored in a cool, dry, dark place so hopefully it will keep for as long as needed.

Maybe go to a doctor complaining of stomach problems. Look up the symptoms of gastroparesis and describe them to a tee. Say you've heard good things about meto from people with similar symptoms. In my case I got it because I actually have stomach problems, but just saying you do and suggesting meto should be enough
What page of the PPH is all of the SN dosing info on? I can't find it.

3 tablets into meto and I'm already feeling the jitters. Hoping to finish off this Saturday. Haven't second guessed myself in the slightest, ever since the SN arrived

Hope you don't get any EPS from meto, if you do, have Dyphenhydramine (Benadryl) 50mg handy, it is said in medical literature to successfully counter meto side effects.

This is my understanding of how to CTB with SN. Tell me if I am right or wrong.

Take 10mg meto every 8 hours 2 days before consuming SN. Take a larger amount say 20mg before taking SN. Take Tagamet but I don't know how long before taking SN. Also fast for at least 8 hours before consuming SN but I would imagine 24 hours would be more ideal. Dissolve 15g of SN in a small amount of water and drink it.

Please correct me if any part that is wrong and tell me if I'm missing anything.

8h fast is more than enough. Tagamet would be 30min before, 800mg. Zantac (ranitidine) can replace Tagamet, in this case dosage would be 300mg 50min before, ranitidine is stronger but also slower to act. Everything else looks fine to me.

Vomiting is unlikely with N. For SN going without meto or domperidone is just setting yourself up for a bad time.

It sucks that it seems it's getting harder to get SN. I don't want to buy anything for suicide until I'm ready to go through with it.

hi, i'm sorry if it's already answered somewhere in the thread but i found both sn and zantac on ebay, i just can't find metoclopramide anywhere, the best i can find without a prescription is meto+other stuff like geffer.
any solution? something else i can use or some place online i could have overlooked?
i'm a terrible liar and i'm actually not sure how close our doctor is to my mother and his partner, so trying to get a prescription would be risky af.
i live in italy btw.

• Citrate potassium 94,45 mg
• Citric acid 670 mg
• Tartaric acid 152 mg
• Sodium bicarbonate 1050 mg
