I found one but idk about it shipping properly, did you order yourself or planning to travel?
You need to travel there and either CTB on the hotel or figure out a way to bring it back with you without arising suspicion

if you order it through a proxy forwarding service I assume its very likely to get customs seized (unless you talk to the seller and tell him that you need it because of xx and xx ) Though I wouldn't tell him I'd be using it to CTB or something
Im planning to travel but might try to ship it, will see

I'm not sure about timing and dosage, I'm thinking about taking a 1 Cerucal and 1 Paracetamol pills each hour before SN three times, is that fine?

Question — I'm on Effexor (venlafaxine), and I've read that it can have really bad interactions with stuff like meto and domperidone. Anyone know an antiemetic that works/how I can get a doc to give it to me? I realize I'm probably worrying about nothing because it'll be killing me either way, but I don't wanna whiff an attempt and get institutionalized or something.

I just got hold of domperidone, but the doctor didn't prescribe any benzos to keep me chill and/or knock me out before feeling the effects of SN.

I have mirtazapine, though, and I've read it also makes you less pukey. Does anyone know if a combo of domperidone and mirtazapine would help with vomiting more than domperidone alone? It's also supposed to make you sleepy but I never feel the effects of anti-depressants as prescribed by psychiatrists so I'm not sure I could use it to go to sleep in a timely manner.

I'm afraid of this method, but I don't have an alternative. Anyone with the same feeling or who is optimistic?

If I could even get to that point I'd actually be more confident. Finding SN has been a mess. I tried in several forms and I don't get where people are getting it from. I don't even know where the clues are for the source people talk about. Would be great to have some hints, even given in private.

Mirtazapine is sometimes prescribed as a sleep aid (which happened to me) because apparently it is less "addictive" compared to xanax . In low or standard doses mirtazapine makes you sleepy. Obviously it won't be as potent as benzodiazapines, but better than nothing, idk? I have metoclopramide and mirtazapine. If I ever choose the SN route, I'd most probably use these two.
