I pray too no one should have to live in this agony. Its literally living in hell

Here's a funny story, i am a muslim and we pray five times a day. In the morning we have this one prayer and because i live in religious country i always hear the calls of prayer but i'm not religious i skipped on those five prayers but due to constant suicidal thoughts i always woke up exactly at that morning prayers and somehow i just do the prayers.

I understand totally as I live in poor life myself and I can't keep myself up with the society as I have so much social anxiety and awkwardness... it's hell I can't get therapy or any medication... and people are shits and selfish. I don't know how many days I will go I just want to lay in the ground and stop my heart forever. I wish death was as easy as I wish....i hope you find peace from the hell you are going through.

the building that is near me has 20 floors even im scared of heights im even more afraid of any more days in this hell
