23 male here from SEA. I'm pretty boring and bad at conversations and I might take too long to reply. I'm also pretty dumb and ineloquent so I'm prob not your guy if you want to talk on a deeper level with stuff like politics or analyzing media. Don't really have any hobbies. I'm very slightly into entomology and mycology, mostly surface level.
Currently in college studying CS but probably about to flunk a second time because I'm lazy and have god awful attention span. Literally can't retain anything programming rn. I want to get better but it's all breaking my brain. I'm pretty chill, try to be funny when I can.
I like watching movies, mostly drama or comedy drama. Love Hirokazu Koreeda's stuff. My Letterboxd which I rarely update:
https://letterboxd.com/Dysfunction_Al/. Hit me up with some melancholic European stuff like Compartment No 9 or TV Shows like Maniac. Rarely watch anime now but I love Sonny Boy.
Music, mostly midwest or just emo (not screamo, favorites are Sorority Noise and CSH) but really anything catchy to my ears regardless of genre. A while ago, mostly math rock (toe, a picture of her, Covet, TTNG). Prefer mostly chill stuff rn. My last.fm:
https://www.last.fm/user/Dysfunction_Al. Also anything Yorushika.
I like video games. Love me some online co-op especially ones that need communication (We Were Here) though I haven't been able to VC recently. Or just like DRG, Ravenswatch. Also puzzle games like Escape Simulator. I haven't been able to finish much single-player games though Silksong kind of broke that recently. Hyper Light Drifter's probably my favorite game for the combat/exploration until Silksong. Night in the Woods for most relatable. I also liked Disco Elysium and been hoping to play more games that read like a novel since I can't read actual ones with my attention span.
Musicals. Most played currently is Octet. Love Amelie (West End), Great Comet, Hadestown, Company.
If it matters to you, I'm agnostic, don't really like labels but I guess I'm bisexual and mostly gay-leaning. Hoping for something honest and open, don't really like masking with politeness.
