Hi! It is GREAT! My workday was really good for once. Having great friends on here, like you, are the topping on the cake.

My therapist told me statistics show you can become way more happy if you do that every day.
My day today was pretty shitty but I will try.
(It is really a hard question today)
1.Me and my dad had an argument on the phone and suddenly the connection was lost. That was quite good. lol
2. In the morning I was less depressed (the evening is fucking with me)
3. One of my Youtube videos had more views than usual

1. My peeping Tom roommate was kicked out.
2. I'm cooking good food
3. My truck's tire was flat (it wasn't the engine exploding) IKR but it's still here at my house sooo

1. I am excited about the books I bought and wait for the delivery
2. My favorte news magainze had pretty interesting stories, enjoyed them
3. Texted with my best friends for quite a while

1. Ate my favorite wings and fries as an early dinner
2. Drank my favorite milk tea, I don't regret buying the small size as it turned out to be quite a lot.
3. Called my mom and dad for the first time in a while :)

Actually, now that I think about it, I have a few more things I am happy about today:
4. Made spam riceballs for lunch.
5. Made my favorite fried rice!
6. Finally disseminated the poll.

I want to die because absolutely nothing good is happening to me. I don't see anything good anywhere, not in anyone, not in myself, not around me. If you are capable of seeing good things, perhaps death is not the best way out.

1: was able to put my dog off leash on the walk and my dog listened well (I have horrible anxiety he got hit in traffic or got lost or stolen)
2: sleep before midnight and no alarm tmrw
3: I only smoked 2 joints today (most days around 3,4 I was on 5)

1) bag was sent to me after i forgot it in train
2) doctors were nice to me today
3) got to sleep in a comfy hotel bed and in a warm room after moving and sleeping on a mat in +8-12 degrees celsius at night for 5 weeks

i am not really capable of seeing these things. i have to think long about it and then force myself to see them and to accept that they are or could be positive. i understand exactly what you are feeling.

Had an appoinment with a new member of my support network. She was friendly and I could talk a lot about my sorrows. It was a relief to verbalize them though I think she did not take them fully serious
