2. I controlled my anger after one of my usual triggers.
3. I noticed that I am losing weight. Decreasing my booze intake has really helped.

1. Manage to do a good number of pullups after having failed at deadlifting.
2. Was extra mindful during the day and even got in a short meditation session.
3. Played chess with my dad, we are both terrible at chess but he's usually asking if anyone wants to play cards/board games and he seemed to enjoy the chess.

Was surprised by my the force in my pull-ups. Not breaking any world records (obviously, can barely eat and my testosterone is probably down in the gutter) but still good to have some form of progress.
Got verbally attacked by twelve-year-olds in an online videogame.
Making good progress in terms of getting rid of religious beliefs I somehow picked up in a matter of weeks (after two decades of atheism).

It's barely 9 am and I am just really down right now so I need to do this:
1. I woke up before 9 am so I am starting the day early.
2. My professor is being really understanding while also holding me accountable for the work I have not turned in.
3. Trying to stimulate positive thoughts by doing this seems to help a bit with my outlook on life. I'm going to now take my meds (I have been either not taking them or taking them late this past week.)

2. Avocado, cucumber, whole grain, and blueberries for lunch.
3. Responded to family emails, probably for a last time. Cutting lines, for sure.
Also in a lot of physical pain, while trying to reduce Amitriptyline from 175mg to 100mg. Insomnia is also really bad.

Washed clothes.

Moved away.
Got healthier atmosphere.
Stopped being a loser.
Stopped being sick. I don't like this mini flue or allergy or whatever. (It's not corona.)
Had better parents and more supports.
Woken up from this nightmare.

1. I got to see a person I know today. In the city, too.
2. An older couple from around my village chatted me up amicably today.
3. My brother had a short conversation with me today.

1. Finally got the energy up to get my bike fixed.
2. Enjoyed a nice night walk, the way the shadows constantly danced as cars raced on to wherever through the hills was really nice.
3. Watched the original fly with my little brother since he wants to do horror movies for October. The movie was ok but making him happy made me happy.

My stocks are finally on the plus side! Every one of the three! :D I'd sell them right now but with the selling fees I might actually end up losing. If I spent 50 euros on them and they are 51.47€ that would mean that with fees it might actually be lower than 50€. I doubt the fees would be many euros, so if they went up to 60€, I'd prolly win at least 5 euros.
Hmm, no wait, they are 0.5%, so I would end up winning! :D

I took a walk outside, I went longer than I thought I could go.
I finally read a little of Notredame book. I did read it once before, but only one or two pages. I want to read it someday. Though I'll skip the boring parts.
I ate apples and carrots. Despite being a vegetarian, it's often hard for me to eat those. I do like them, but I just rarely eat them even when I should. I wanna eat lots of carrots to get K vitamin, because none of the vitamin tablets I have contains that.

Can't name them because i got to a point of numbness that even things that I actually like don't have the power to make me feel a bit happy anymore. Everything is meaningless. No matter what i do or if something relatively positive happens during the day i always have this weird knot in my stomach, i feel so uncomfortable being here and despise this world so much. Especially the last few days i have felt so low and wanted to disappear so badly.
1. I took two walks! And I feel a lot better after them. I have spent kots of days lately by first lying in bed 12 hours (not sleeping of course, just 12 hours of lying awake) and then being at computer for another 12 hours. So going to walk was great. I was able to make a lot longer walk than I thought.
2. I defended myself against narcissistic mom well.
3. I had a really nice chat with mental health chat person.
4. In general I just feel better.
5. Brother suddenly messaged me about cars and I might finally get a car next week! =D
6. I've eaten more. I realized that while I eat a lot, since I'm a vegetarian I might have not gotten enough calories during some days, I think I have gotten like 1300-1400 calories maybe. I haven't exercised almost at all so I have thought I don't need more calories.
7. Eating more seems to help my burping. I have burped much less. I went from burping like two times the minute the whole freaking day for days to only a slight burping.
8. I washed the dished and there are now clothes in washing
9. I have never had less idea at what time I fell asleep than I did last nigth but I woke up after 10am which is super early for me who often doesn't sleep at all or goes to sleep at 8am-4pm
10. A good day all in all. I keep dreaming where I will drive first when I get the car. First I'll go buy new clothes. Second I would go visit my friend, but she fears corona (she has an old dog who won't live for long, I'd like to meet the doggy too). Third I will drive to the one food shop which is cheaper than the one I usually use. Fourth I'll buy sushi at a sushi restaurant. Fifth I'll go meet my cousin. Sixth I'll go visit aunt (even though I don't like her much anymore after I found out she prefers money over relationships) (a complete opposite of Zhong Li, the fucking creator of money and the person money is named after, who is literally said to "prefer friendly ties over money"). Seventh I'll go visit all the walking places I used to visit. There are a lot of them. I miss my doggy and I want to walk the routes we walked before while imagining that she is still with me in some form, I checked sports tracker's old records today and we used to go for hour long walks often. Now I barely walk 10 minutes a day. I'm amazed at how good my health was back then. Today I walked 16 minutes plus another 10 minute walk. That 16 minutes was 16 more than I thought I could walk.
11. I did really well in a typing test. And after redoing it a few times, I improved a lot.
