1. Did extra many chores.
2. Managing to get a grip on my meditation practice again, re-read the instructions and have renewed faith in the practice.
3. Drank less coffee so my anxiety and paranoia were at very low levels.

2. doing home improvement projects with husband and he is not pissy about it

My therapist told me statistics show you can become way more happy if you do that every day.
My day today was pretty shitty but I will try.

1.Me and my dad had an argument on the phone and suddenly the connection was lost. That was quite good. lol
2. In the morning I was less depressed (the evening is fucking with me)
3. One of my Youtube videos had more views than usual

2. I changed my profile picture yesterday and I like it- this is how I feel I am being treated
3. I watched a good documentary last night on Netflix about Chris Watts and the sad murders of his wife and kids
-I slept well and had good dreams
-I feel... good things again. Just a bit but better than nothing
-My brain wanted to be productive today so i'm procrastinating less
1. I noticed improved flexibility in my bad hip. The stretches I'm doing are arduous, but it's worth these results.
2. I made a bomb hot cocoa/turmeric golden milk combo. It's probably BS and not anti-inflammatory like I hope (especially at the doses I'm taking),but fuck if I'm going to complain about pumpkin spice hot cocoa.
3. I saw the absolute disaster that is the first 2 episodes of the original Star Trek. Has an "it's so bad it's good" thing going on.

1. Managed to be cordial with a complete stranger and enjoyed their company for longer than 2 hours.
2. Pet my dog and she gave me kisses!
3. Didn't see mold on my humidifier yet.

1. Found out that I should eat fruit to get more vitamins, I've been more or less only eating vegetables.
2. Didn't start smoking.
3. Used a new mental technique whilst bench pressing with higher reps and lower weights. Got to thinking, maybe I should both do hypertrophy and strength instead of just strength (since results aren't super fast).

1) Made dinner for the stranger, and enjoyed their company. Not as long as yesterday, but better than becoming hostile.
2) Finished clipping the hair my dog's paws.
3) Getting inspired to exercise again. It'll help sleep schedule...?
1. Signed up for another gym that's much closer to my apartment.
2. Had my first day of in person classes, anxiety was somewhat under control, even with only a little medication.
3. Got shipping confirmation for my SN order (Hope to feel more at ease when I have it at hand).
