This is such a relatable sentiment. I have nothing else I want or need to look forward to, I feel like I've experienced everything at least once. Life is a chore and I can't be bothered. Clocking out would be incredibly satisfying.

Hell the cold war resulted in the Soviets putting the first man in space then the States landed men on the moon.
As bad as it sounds we need conflict, we need struggle.
Problem is these days struggle and conflict above an acceptable level messes with that most important of metrics, gross domestic product and the bottom line.
The elites will never intentionally jeopardize their cash flow. But I think they are squeezing a little too hard and they are providing people with that struggle, that enemy they need to give them purpose.
