what helped me get out of my suicide plan was realizing i was just trying to escape. instead of dying or suicide planning i could practice saying "im terrified" more. i hate saying "im terrified" and "im afraid" and "i need help". but i think i hate suicide planning MORE. i decided i can trust the universe will carry me through my terror. that i dont need to run away from life. im terrified but i want to stay in it. i CAN stay in it.

Honestly, the world is terrifying, is it not? To be scared of reality is to be aware of how terrible it is, and how it could hurt us. That knowledge may make us uneasy, but also makes us stronger to deal with the future.

It is okay to be scared, you deserve to be protected when you need to be. Let your feelings happen so that they may also pass. *hugs* 🧸

yesss it is SO scary. it is dangerous. we learn more as we go along about how things go bad or wrong. we learn how it isnt in our control. thank you for the bear. i will try to let my feelings pass. i do want them to pass because when they stuck I do s-planning until they are released.

No problem. I'm sure you know how to deal with things, but it feels hard sometimes, and we need something or someone to give us a little hug and pull us up. I know I had situations where nobody did that for me, and I wish I could do that for everybody, but I can settle with just the folks here, hahah.

I also came to a similar realisation... eg: a death wish can be swapped for an escape wish
