I hear ya. Tried for 30 days straight with an extension cord, didn't come close to passing out, despite extensive reading about technique.

most people can't admit they are too cowardly to go through the bit of pain, this method isn't completely painless, there will be bit of panic and pain which most people can never get over

Are there resources on tying a bed sheet into a noose and if so how (video/picture/writing).

I don't mind the pain. Just need to understand whether a tree can do the trick for this too and which rope would be the best.
