Hi there,
I will show you my method to go (if it goes like planned):
First things first:
I have experienced, that many users suffer with builing an exit bag.
I know now why...
Here is a pic of building one. The secret is the knot, which you squeeze throgh the way. Make it much easier

Outside:

Inside:

Just don't use your fingernails because it can damage the bag!
The squeeze through the bag took me a minute. Easy to make with the knot (my idea...)
I took oven bags in the following size (55x60cm).
They fit good for my options.
I took the cord locks from an old jacket.
They have 2 holes. I took them sideways (right side in, left side in) and arranged it with my head (2 finger space):

My options are followed:

Going with a VR (here Meta Quest 3).
The dummy-head is a bit too small... Not original size, but good enought to show you my intensions...
First the bag is going over the googles and the nose:

The above the rest of the back head:

Mouth will still be free, so you can breath about it.
You crunch out the air of the bag, like doing it by normal exit bag.
As you can see, there is much space with the big bag. Even the dummy is not normal size, it should be more than enough.
The google keep the bag even away from your face, which should be even better (while you are watching and hearing what you want).
When you are ready (after hyperventilating) you just pull the bag over your head, after filling it completely with N2.
I have a 10L at 200 bar tank with N5, whitch is about 99,999 % purity.
This means, I got a way too much for ctb, but too much is never too less...
I got oxygen tubes. Here is a pic of it:

The flowmeter goes up to 30 lpm and is specific for nitrogen. So no calculating, its 1:1.

With this setup, I may have to make a lot of tests...
At the moment, the temperatures are way too high for this region (35-40C), and I'm afraid, the high temperatures (in my building much higher than outside), could cause damages...
Therefore I would do not any test at the moment.
But the bag was filled up pretty good, when I tested (about 2.5 minutes).

I will have a zero gravity chair as well. Don't delivered yet...
There will be small arm-Straps with elastics to slip in with the hands.
On the head-side will be small cushions on the side. The ancle will be about 45 degrees, cause the googles have a waight, I don't want to get my head down or sideways falling off...

What do you think about it?

I think this one is good, but I've got some questions for myself

1. How does your region's temperature effect this method, because I'm in a similar temp rn

2. What's your plan to hold back convulsing once your body detects "something is wrong"?

You think the VR headset will stay on during the process? It may become an obstacle for the bag as you begin to move around. Idk.

1. the temperature of the tank/flowmeter is adjusted at 20C. The flow of gas can cause of the temperature a higher or lower flowrate.
2. convulsing is in my opinion just a mainstream-thing... Just to make things more complicated... Arm-straps are the highest thing, I would do. In past people did it with just holding hands in the back...

The Meta Quest is with straps on your head. You ever had one on your head? Then you know...
We talk here about not 30 minutes or so... Its a maximum of 2 minutes, if you do it right!
Its just about kicking SI!!
And with N2, this timelaps is minimum!
And with VR its NOTHING :hihi:
Just thinking about to take an extra tube for air, for staying a couple of minutes extra alive...
But hyperventilating could be difficult...
