Best scenario I wanna die so people don't know that was suicide, worst - some people need to not know.

How can I make myself have cariac arrest. Like idc if it's painfull, it should look like an accident.

I should ads that I have high risk of having thrombosis

A coroner will determine it to be Suicide rather promptly

Well I don't care at this point. I just want to know how to get a cardiac arrest
