Can you post a link, i didn't see anything about staying for 10 days in the frequently asked questions. They mail the patients ashes home all the time, so that part seems completely unnecessary.
Under family, friends, pets etc.
"What if I have no one to come with me to Pegasos?
For legal reasons, everyone who comes for a VAD at Pegasos must have someone known to them who is able to confirm the patient's identity after VAD for the Swiss authorities.

Traveling alone: This must remain the absolute exception. The regulations and requirements are extremely elaborate."

And then under What happens after I die?

"After your VAD, Pegasos will call the authorities who will attend our clinic. These officials will be friendly and very sensitive to the fact that you have just lost someone you loved very much.

Once the formalities are complete, the accompanying persons receive their passports back and are free to leave."

I mean you could contact them yourself directly to confirm, but I take this to mean you need someone with you.

None of that says anything about your family staying for 10 days after your death which is what you stated in your original post. Please don't make stuff up out of nowhere.

I think It's different if you're 50+.
Damn so I'd still need to live on for a few more years to get a shot. Not good at all. The universe is working against me.

Very sorry to hear of your enforced stay. Just hope that somehow things might improve.

I'm not making stuff up. It clearly states you can't be alone and the remains are given to that person after 10 days. It says they can be sent to another location but I'm pretty sure the recipient needs to have been in contact with this organisation and confirmed beforehand. This is just logic.

If you think this organisation will just help you kill yourself because you're depressed then you're sorely delusional.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

I stayed there involuntarily for almost 4 months it's extremely torturous. still dream about being trapped there sometimes. that trauma alone would be enough to make me want to ctb
such an evil world where they can lock someone up for wanting to escape extreme torture ( i'm talking about me my case as the monsters would lock me up if i fail a suicide attempt for 4 months for me only wanting to escape extreme torture: i can't fathom how anyone would want to live in such an evil world where that kind of injustice torture and oppression is accepted. this is one thing that shows we are slaves and prisoners with no say even if we want to move away from extreme suffering , unbearable pain or escape extreme torture.

so they criminalize all guaranteed suicide methods like Nembutal , sarco pod , hiring someone to shoot me etc . then if you fall into a trap of unending constant excruciating unbearable pain you have no guaranteed painless way to move away from unbearable pain all because those monsters decided to make Nembutal a crime. then if you attempt with a brutal risky diy suicide method and fail then they lock you up for 4 months to suffer unbearable pain every second for 4 months: what kind of evil is this and everyone is ok with it : they say " go enjoy yourself nothing bad will ever happen:" i say bullshit horrible things beyond all imagination can happen to any human any day . i hate life and this world .
