Help! I need advice now 48hr anti emetic regimen and feeling of vomiting

my last dose of meto 20mg dose will be in 8 hour later then I'm going to drink drug cocktail but, today when I wake up I don't know why but I almost vomit and now I have little feeling of vomiting, what can I do? I worry too much that I will vomit today. I quit caffeine and start drinking tea to reduce chance of vomiting, also I had headache and now have little headache too, what can I Do? please advice me something..

p.s. I must CBT today, I can't wait..

thanks. I don't have feeling of vomiting now after eating some cracker. I hope too everything will go well.
