Does anyone know how to stop the urge to eat? Also a question about Laxatives

I've got ED. Obvi. Im trying to lose weight and i already lost 20kgs. But it is so hard to maintain the non eating phase. Even the Cola zero tastes so awful i cant do it anymore. I always look at thinspo but its not helping really much. I want to stop eating and want to be skinny. I believe that my face is not that ugly i would honestly rate myself 5/10. But if i lose weight i believe a lot of people will love me and want to be my friend.

Rn i dont know what my weight is but i know for a fact that im not a skinny girl. I wanna be a skinny girl. My body's shape is hourglass even! I would be so pretty skinny so does anyone has any methods. What is the fastest method to lose weight.

I once read somewhere that laxatives help you lose weight i have never tried laxatives. Does anyone know if they work? And if they do how much should i take it in a day and how often should i consume it? I am okay to try anything as long as its effective and help me lose weight. I am okay to anything i want to be pretty.

I think everybody knows at this point that weight loss is more calories going out than going in. But do remember that starving yourself results in more harm to your body and less weight loss compared to a diet. It's probably insanely hard to control that with an eating disorder, but just saying. No idea about the laxatives though.

Laxatives don't help you lose weight and abusing them can cause all sorts of health issues. Any weight loss that one may notice after using them is due to them causing your body to lose water. By the time you start drinking again, you'll end up gaining all that weight back. Your body would have already absorbed all the nutrients from the food you have eaten by the time the laxatives start to kick in. They do not reduce fat.

Laxitives only help for when you cant shit, it gets rid of water weight (momentarily). Dont be too hard on them cause they can cause your(natural) digestion to have a hard time. Lax doesnt do much unless you need them medically.
Its unfortunatly not so easy to lose weight with the help of supplements, got to be consistent for it to do anything. Trust me I've tried a lot by now.
If you're having an issue staying consistent try lowering it over time little by little until you're able to keep it going

My go to was to be a toothbrush at the back of my throat, makes me throw up very quick, but it made me feel so physically sick with the acid, and so disgusted about myself, I wouldn't recommend that feeling at all. Don't do it.

If you still can, don't get into this loop, it ruins your relationship with food forever, it is not sustainable, and sadly, people will not love you more or talk to you more if you're prettier or skinnier. Those who do don't love you and will leave you any second. You'll feel alone if you're skinny as well. But you'll act more confident, which will attract people ig (tested and approved, it surprised me a lot). But all in all, we have to change something else (about our personalities and the way we view the world and ourselves) for people to love us.

If you really need to lose weight do it slowly but consistently.
Please don't step further into this hell, it is so hard to get out of.

Laxatives don't make you loose weight. They work after most of the calories have already been absorbed into your system, by stimulating mouvement in the large intestine. Trying to use them for weight loss can cause 1. Dehydration 2. Dependence (being unable to go without them) 3. Long term and/or short term GI issues as a result of the aforementioned dependance. (Think stomach pain, inconsistent pooping schedule, constipation and/or diarrhea). It's enough of a problem that they recommend even people who are constipated to limit their use.

I'm not one to judge anybody's self destructive habits (god knows I have plenty) but I've never loved or befriended anyone just because they were pretty or skinny. Might help to temper your expectations a bit.

If you're looking to suppress your appetite caffeine is a relatively safe bet as compared to some of the other dubious shit on the market. You can take it in pill form too. I strongly advise against fucking your system up with laxatives, though. Eating disorders aren't easy on your intestines as is.
