Hello internet, I am seeking advice. I attempted to CTB two days ago using the carbon monoxide and tent method, however, I found that it caused immense headaches, anxiety, and nausea. I had to exit early, and I was looking for advice on how I can power through the side effects to get the desired outcome. I was thinking alcohol perhaps to calm my nerves, but I recall reading somewhere that alcohol can affect CO absorption. If anyone has any tips that would be appreciated.

Apologies if this has been discussed before elsewhere.

Thank you

I think people use alcohol and benzos with this method. Make sure the CO concentration is really high so it's as quick as possible. Is the tent material thick enough?

I wouldn't give people public advice on how to CTB, BTW. You don't really know if you're talking to a 17 year old kid. That kind of info exists on the forum with a search after they've posted a certain number of times. This way you don't implicate yourself in the death of a minor. Mkay

On your other post it mentions you have a 5000ppm analyser, did you use it, and how long were you inside tent before abandoning?

I did use it yes. I was only inside for 10 minutes or so until abandoning cause of the headaches.

How high was the CO before you got into the tent? I think the idea is to sit outside and let it build up a bunch before you go in to avoid the problems you had.
