i own an older 1990s toyota, would i be able to hook a pipe from exhaust to interior and go to bed with it running? If not could i remove my exhaust to get around any filters?

Removing the exhaust will make a lot of noise.
Hook a pipe from the exhaust maybe to the interior of the car, it might work.
I would assume a 1990s toyot will have a catalytic converter, but fitted in the exhaust, not the manifold, so it can be easily removed/bypassed.

perhaps. Also, I'm not sure how well the car doors would seal on an older car? not sure if it would matter so long as the windows are closed all the way?

cool, its a very small inline 4, so if i detached the cat from here, ran some piping from exhaust and fully taped off through my window would that work? i would like it to be decently quiet so would my idle be very loud under these circumstances? IMG 1535

Without any muffle the noise will be insane.
I think it would be better to remove the cat, you can smash the material that is inside the cat (or go a to an exhaust shop and get the cat replaced with a pipe), retain the rest of the exhaust with the muffler, to reduce the noise, and then you can do whatever you want.

I don't think so, a piece will be missing, it won't fit.
You can remove the cat, destroy what it has inside, like empty the "can", and put it back in place.
