Venting Christ... Writing Suicide notes is so hard...

I'm writing letters for all of my close friends. I'm realizing now, that I haven't seen or spoken to some of them in over 5 years... I can't even remember what something them were like...

I mean... I remember everything they said, and how they behaved... But I can't remember what they're like...

I understand. Oneitis is always temporary, although your case is a severe one. Maybe becsuse you didn't go full no contact over the years

Would you change your mind if she loved you? If the answer is yes you are probably lacking love in your life, and the hair and pain are secondary

Rather than saying everything, I guess focus on what's most important to convey. "Thank you", "I'm sorry about X", "I hope you'll be okay/are doing well", etc. For me I have so many things I want to say but don't know how to say them, and with my mind kind of falling apart it's getting harder to be coherent. So when/if I make notes I just want to mke sure I get what's important.

You could also do only "personal" notes for closer people, and then a note addressing everyone else at once, a "general" goodbye, giving an explanation/expression of sorry or thanks/whatever you want.
