I know that it's listed as a non recommended method but i've read cases where people didd in their sleep after taking xanax and alcohol even though i don't know the dosage.

I don't drink alcohol, and never use drugs, other than benzo (lorazepam) because I have insomnia because of tinnitus, maybe i need to detox my body clean from benzo for 3 weeks before attempting it.
