It wasn't like this for the most part (I've been working at the same place for years), but the last couple of months definitely have been. A lot of things are urgent, and when everything is urgent, nothing really is. So it's been challenging to navigate these times, but I was on vacation last month, so at least I'm not on the brink of burnout like I was at the end of last year xD

Sorry to hear that... in my old job, there were also too many urgent matters...

Today was also a bit stressful at the start because two meeting were scheduled and I was unsure about what to prepare. But then they went well. Let's see how sleep goes with that heat...
