Torn between fixing and ending my life

Here's a checklist:
- Feeling detached from my life.
- Isolated and alone most of the time.
- Hate where I live.
- Barely able to make a proper living or even afford the essentials.
- Getting anything done is next to impossible because of crushing depression.
- Feel stuck between wanting to die and wanting to live, but struggling to find a reason to live.
- Sleep too much or too little.
- Constant intrusive thoughts.
- Avoid friends and family.
- Wasted entire days because of anxiety or depression.
- Lost faith in mental health professionals.
- No faith in the future as I watch my country destroy itself.
