It's called "Ondansetron" and apparently it's supposed to be the best when it comes to stopping vomitting.
But Meto could be better at emptying stomachs so I'm not sure which one would be the best overall when taking SN

Any thoughts?

I think ondansetron is a good option.
PPH suggests that you should take metoclopramide and ondansetron together in the other method. That being said there are successful attempts with ondansetron(zofran) alone in SN and I've not heard someone failed because of a lack of meto.

I have ondansetron for my protocol since I can't get meto. From what I understand meto is recommended in the guidelines, but it's not easy to obtain without a prescription.

In your opinion, do you think meto is necessarily better than ondansetron tho?? From what I've researched, ondansteron is way better at preventing vomitting but doesn't have the emptying stomach effect

I honestly don't know, from what I've seen most users seem to have or want meto. I know ondansetron can be effective cause of successful attempts, but I don't know if it's better than meto. Not sure what you mean by emptying the stomach? I have seen that an AE is recommended not only to prevent or reduce vomiting but also to speed up absorption of SN in small intestine. Fyi:

I got both Ondansetron and Meto, legit online pharmacies (I lied on the online consultancy questionnaire for the prescription, v.easy. UK).
Tried both. The Meto made me quite shaky and edgy/anxious. The Ondansetron seemed fine.
I will use both together, as per the 5 drug method in the PPH (although my method is SN).
I dont think any AE can be 100% effective against the reaction to SN.
Good luck.
