Canada and the 11th is exactly when I placed my order or about there. It was stuck there too for a bit. I rm as liked him asking what's going on just this morning, no reply as of yet.
ya, mine went to customs on April 12 Kyiv and didn't update till the 26. we likely have the same tracking. likely in same batch. someone else I connected with is the same as us with dates and the specific branch now in aus and another in US with same dates I think is at same branch ( I am waiting on specific name). I conected with him last friday w my tracking and concern he told me if I did not receive within the next 30 days he would send again. I am rather stressed.Last edited:

I am thinking it needs to go by ground to Poland from the current branch western U to be able to fly to US. but I don't know. it is stressful.
He hasn't gotten back to to me yet hopefully soon. I'll try him again in a go couple days
I haven't heard from him I'll post something when I do. I assume the others have contacted him and waiting for an answer?

I emailed him a week ago and still haven't heard back, my package hasn't moved since April 25th and is still in Ukraine. It was shipped on April 3rd. I'm feeling super anxious about it.
I totally understand. this is stressful. where you are located? does it happen to be at the Rhakiv branch?

No, it did sit in Rahkiv for a long time though. Here is it's current journey, I hope the delay is due to the war and not because our packages are being seized by customs:Attachments
the latest update says Arrived Before. Does it say anything else? Do you also use 17track? tracking is not easily reliable with the stops and starts over there making it that much more confusing.Last edited:Hey you guys, I ordered mine on April 20th, it was stuck in the sorting centre for 8 days and then it got sent to the delivery center this morning and it arrived for me this evening! I am located in the USA

No, unfortunately it just ends there. I do not use 17track, I've just been using the official Ukranian post's website, but when I have input the tracking # on 17track it hasn't been different.

I believe it's not totally uncommon for a parcel to stay at Lviv U* for multiple weeks especially since the war. I've seen reddit posts with legit packages about people having a similar status you have without change for weeks. I hope you get a update soon.Last edited:
it appears the label for the latest posting in the transit phase was not completed by whoever administered it as it was cut off. "Arrived Before" is missing the rest of the posting. Like sloppy work was done in that specific task.Last edited:

no, ours is at the rhakiv branch since April 28. I was at Lviv April 26 and left it April 27. all the threads within threads get confusing.
They are all stuck at the same place for some reason. I sent him an email, no response. I understand he can't get it to move but he should have some idea what that place is.Similar threads
