Help Sn status is “arrived to the branch” but it’s still in ukraine.

Hello. I ordered my sn from DSL and it was shipped on the 11th. It was stuck in customs for 2 weeks until now, as my last update today was "Ukraine, arrived to the branch." As far as i understand this means it is labeled for pickup and will not be going overseas to me (us). I tried to contact him over a week ago, but haven't heard back. Tried again today. Anyone else had this issue, or any valuable input? I paid for his express shipping too, whatever that means. Frustrated and stressed because i'm sure I just lost my money and worried I ill get a wellness check?

I ordered on the 3rd. Mine went from being at the branch, to being in storage, to going to the logistics center, and is now back at another terminal. There may still be hope? I'm also panicking a bit too though so I get it, this was a lot of money for me especially with the express shipping he encouraged me to pay.

any new tracking updates since? it may be going from a branch in Ukraine by ground transport to somewhere in Eu to then fly out to US. mine was registered on 11th too.i'm In US. currently item "arrived at branch "in a location in western Ukraine 2 days ago. I do so much research on postal ukraine to figure out and this is my current guess for me now. been in transit for 20 days in Ukraine. I think it would tell you if it was waiting for pickup. has he responded? I did not pay express. all stressful, yes....

thanks for the input! much appreciated. it's still at that branch, but after doing more research i believe you're right. my desperation overrides my ability to be logical, and i forgot Ukraine has a different system due to the war, and different shipping terms than the US. i hope it is going to europe since the city it's in borders one of its countries. i'm grateful it left ukraine customs, hopefully it'll work out for the both of us! also- he did respond, but only by saying he'll get back to me. i'm embarrassed i sent a message now since it seems like everything's moving along fine,,

the war makes the shipping completely crazy and tracking doesn't update smoothly. no reason to be embarrassed. I have been planning on writing him but haven't yet. I am neurotic about the shipping as desperation and now time constraints added. keep me posted and I will do same.

I ordered mine without express recently. It hasn't arrived yet but took 12 days to go from him shipping it to it arriving in my country.

hi... I reached out to him via both ways today and heard back, let him know what was going on w/ package shipping etc where it was at.. he told me to keep tracking and if not received within 30 days he will send new one. glad heard back but this waiting game is tough. just gotta get through tonight now. hope you hanging in as best as possible.

it is very tough. i heard of him offering replacements for people, glad he's still able to do that. my package hasn't moved yet, but i'm not too worried. i'm just nervous for us customs. thanks for the update!
