"Just because you work hard and put effort to something doesn't mean you are going to earn from it, you are not entitled to stuff, be humble, the right time will come"

This goes to all matter, work or relationship

Why does it come as something unacceptable or a surprise to anyone that ; putting effort especially with the sacrifice on something which will not guarantee me what I wish i would earn from it, in fact, will frustrate me

why am I the entitled one for stopping to care?

Well, if I'm not entitled to what I wish I could've earn, then anything else is not entitled to my effort, also

Never heard it, but it makes sense to me if you ditch the last part.

"Just because you work hard and put effort to something doesn't mean you are going to earn from it, you are not entitled to stuff, be humble, the right time will come"

My dream is to make a claymation movie about mechanical dinosaurs invading Earth. I can do it if I want. I can work hard on it, put a lot of effort into it. It doesn't mean it will earn enough money to sustain myself, to continue my dreams whatever they are. It doesn't mean people will want to watch it. Nobody wants to fund this for some reason.

I want something. Other people want something else. Can we find a compromise? Maybe claymation is too expensive or not popular enough, does it have to be claymation? Would another style work? Maybe yes, maybe not. If you want to earn money by doing something, you need to also take other peoples needs and wants into consideration.

That's why we have money. There is a lot of exploitation and issues when it comes to money, sometimes making the world worse can earn you money which is incredibly diisapointing. But money would solve my problem. If I have money, I can pay people to work on this dream of mine. I have more time, so I can learn and create parts of it myself. Maybe I can find a job completely unrelated to my dreams, so I can provide value to society (by baking bread or showing nudes to others, neither I'm particularly passioante about), so I have money so I can work on my dreams.

I hope this can clear it up a little. And no, that is not my dream. :smiling:
