If you want to live you will HAVE TO carry YOUR cross, otherwise it will crush you. The options are the same for EVERYONE (in this regard). There is no where to run, you cannot escape, you cannot hide, at most, you can stop and take a breath. Best to get your muscles ready to carry the weight and start enjoying the uphill walk...
