I got my notes all written. It took a lot longer than I thought I guess. I hope it actually makes sense lol.

I'm gonna take a step outside, listen to some music for a bit, then start the SN process, starting with dose one. Sorry for so many updates. Just wanna share this with people to let them know my process...love you guys. Thanks for reading and your kind words this far
