would quetiapene work as an ae for SN?

I have quetiapene prescribed for sleep. on the handbook i saw a few anti psychotics which stop dopamine like olanzapine, does quetiapene work the same?

From what I hear it can work but it is not so powerful. I will have to go with Quentiapin since i cannot get Meto.
