When in doubt, it's always best to be on the safe side and take antiemetics, especially with something quite pricey. You wouldn't want to fail (and waste money) because you vomited. It's also mentioned in the PPeH on pg. 372 and antiemetics are given at euthanasia/assisted suicide clinics like Dignitas.

N tastes extremely bitter apparently! And for the price I would highly advise to take antiemetics.
