I've posted Recently and said I get very lightheaded and am about to pass out in like 7 seconds is this a good thing for partial? Am I close or will just pass out and wake back up?
I wish someone would help and respond
Full suspension is probably more reliable, but not everyone has a good anchor point for it.
Syncopes often involve convulsion-like movements. With partial, there is the risk that these movements would get you in a position where the rope is no longer as effective in blocking the blood flow. For example, the position in which this guy started is very different from the one in which he ended up: https://www.documentingreality.com/...edish-guy-commits-suicide-front-webcam-63485/
