Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Blind painting, my body's a disease

I've got 3 great friends that I'm really close with, and we've all mentioned fairly recently thoughts of suicide. 2 of them to closer extremes like me. I really am aiming for a date in 4 months, but too scared to go alone. My dream death is with another. Would it be wrong of me to outright tell one of them I'm going, and invite? Obviously I wouldn't just flatly tell them I'm going to, i'd probably just say I'm feeling similarly and if they know for sure they want to leave, then I would like to come with, if at all possible. I know it'd be a huge risk in plenty of ways, but I dont really mind. What worries me is that I would really be responsible for pushing them further. Would i be in the wrong? What would be the best way to approach this, if I do?

I think it depends on the way you do it. Saying, "hey want to kill yourself together?" Not the best. Mentioning that if you were to CBT sometime in the future, you'd ideally have a partner? Better. Idk if there's ever going to be a truly responsible way to pose that question. But if they really are as close as you, then I don't see a huge problem with at least hinting at it that you'd want that. Try to avoid framing it as if they're already going to die. I think it's best to keep it centered around your decision. Hope that helps
