putting 400mg of propranolol in your SN drink/solution will make it deadlier. You can also take 80mg of propranolol 1 hr before you ctb too

Maybe digoxin potentates it I believe .
My feeling would be if I was to do sn, I'd wanna make sure I am sedated and in a state where I'm sleepy first so quicker to pass out .
Maybe take benzos prior to it when doing satdose then take sn and maybe follow that up with a glass oral morphine to put me to sleep.
Not sure how viable this would be. Wouldn't advise anyone do it without research.

I heard you should not to take morphine, it makes you more likely to vomit and not die or something
