Most things are lethal if you inject them, depending on dosage. I'd be concerned about what such strong alcohol would to the bloodstream.
I'd not be surprised if it caused some kind of heart or circulation failure, before achieving the alcohol poisoning I'm assuming that you're expecting.

Technically if you inject yourself with an empty syringe the air bubble would go to your brain and kill you. If you have access to syringes and have the technical ability and knowledge to inject yourself I don't see why not but I'd do a bit more research just in case.

This is not true, a small air bubble from an empty syringe will not kill you, and most likely will get broken up by the lungs among other things before even reaching to your brain. The body is very good at dealing with small amounts of air so that is not technically possible. If it invovles a large amount of air then yes then there can be a chance, but this is not possible with a syringe anyways. Air doesnt just float up to your brain and kill you

I've thought about this before but forgot to ask, so thanks for asking. It would lessen the chance of throwing it all up probably. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
