Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm worried about not fainting or becoming unconscious even if it's well done (99% pure) with antacid and meto. Stat dose. I don't want to ens up calling and ambulance after drinking it if I don't become unconscious.

Fainting is brief & temporary loss of consciousness. There is a difference , an unconscious person is unresponsive , won't show reflexes (like coughing).
Moving between these two states under SN is rapid and dangerous. Once you start fainting you won't be able to call for help.

I worry about this too. Ending up failing with SN, and then being at the mercy of the medical staff....This may be off topic, and I have no good transition of topic here, but what do you mean by things aren't the way they were before?

I'll put pennies on your eyes and it will go away.
As I wrote it is indeed the general opinion here ("Common practice") . But we never heard of anyone taking several servings ("Unconfirmed [1]"). Hence I'm unsure about this practice ("dubious").
