I'm finding it very difficult to get Benzodiazepines, so I'm thinking of using sleeping pills instead. Will they work as well for CTB?

I have a similar question but my option would be Quetiapine, wondering if that would work with SN.

Too bad, i've only had one once and i was out of it for a good while, i guess that just happened because im tiny and i wasn't used to it. I'm getting them from a friend since i don't have any prescriptions and thats the only thing available to me. Friday will be the day i CBT, i don't have time to figure something else out.
