Why does it take so much work

I want to kill myself but it feels like so much work - reading up on methods + PPH, SN hanging inert gas I just feel exhausted, I wish it was straightforward ie. take a certain amount of specific pills that are not too hard to obtain and you will die, bang straight to the point thank you and goodnight
