Did you think about getting a treatment/therapy?

There's some other reasons too. I've tried therapy about 2 times and it didn't really do anything. I'm hoping to try again someday but idk how much itd help

Also I'm broke and so is my family, for as long as my country has the system that it does I don't think Ill ever be able to access the treatment that would help me.
