Phantom tripple crown

Been a few hours since my first dose after reading that long pamphlet. I've got some symptoms such as headaches, yawning and drowsiness (Although I suspect I may have trouble falling asleep on this med). One thing I noticed on the pamphlet is that I'm one of those high risk groups that could get worse at first before getting better. It made me wonder why they recommend them for suicidal people at all. Is it like a risk management thing? Like if we do nothing they'll kill themselves but if we try this they may not kill themselves? Also, I'm not sure if it's placebo or the meds working super fast but I feel weirdly numb....like even to the idea of killing myself. No fear no nothing.
