I know people have a right to kids (though my unpopular opinion is that there would be some regulation). Society also is becoming more accepting of euthanasia HOWEVER even then most of society still highly condemns suicide (which is completely nonsensical since once could argue they are the same).

Abortion rights and LGBT rights seem to be accepte but not suicide and anti-birth. Why is that?

Because while we consider ourselves a progressive society, our only comparison are the extremely regressive ones of the past. At any rate, society's notion of morality is constantly changing and is based on popular consensus. If beliefs towards childbirth and euthanasia do change in the future, then future societies will, without a doubt, look at us with disgust. It also helps to note that antinatalism and euthanasia are in direct opposition with some core beliefs of many people: core beliefs take a long time to change.

Edit: spellings.

People are scared of what they can't control, so finding someone who isn't scared of it and even has some control of it feel wrong to them.

Well said and the most advanced countries when it comes to euthanasia are The Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. Yet in those countries, suicide is still frowned upon, but at least there is hope that euthanasia will be expanded upon, assuming things continue to progress the way they are in those countries.
