I love it too and I have a pretty low spice tolerance. It works as a form of self harm for me.
Taco Bell used to have these Sriracha quesaritos and they tasted amazing too bad they were discontinued. Oh well. At least because I'm Asian, I've always got a bottle in my house.

I usually don't even get Taco Bell sauce but I still haven't even thought to try that because I always eat it before I get home! Something new to consider...
I also always get sriracha on my Poké bowls when the restaurant has it. It tastes great with raw fish too.

Lol...you don't even get home before it's dovoured haha...but yes the flavor is great on the tacos, burritos almost anything that needs a kick of flavor
this might be a lil elitist of me, but Siracha is not my favourite hot sauce. I prefer a Tabasco sauce
if siracha isn't hitting the way it's used to, try the Samyang 2x hot sauce. it was named after a spicy korean ramen, and they bottled the sauce they give you for it!
My actual favorite sauce comes from a semi-local restaurant. I've put this sauce on everything from burritos from other places to poke bowls, to even my mom's cooking.
