This user is/was legit. English proficiency is a bit weird in China. Even among young peoply living in the cities, there's many who don't speak English at all and some others who spreak it at an almost native level. This site doesn't seem to be banned in China (besides, the people who care all use a VPN anyway) and you really won't get the death penality for importing N.

There was one user recently claiming they were trying to order N to mainland China but it got stopped at customs. The whole thread seemed kind of weird though, their English was perfect and I would have thought sites like this would be banned there. Doesn't China carry the death penalty for importing illegal substances? Imagine being executed with a lethal injection of N as punishment for trying to buy N.
