yikes, more like dunning-kruger 101
Of course you would incorrectly think that - because you guys are simply too irrational to realize the reasonability and validity/truth of everything I've said here. One simply can't expect rationality from irrational people.

And that's actually 1 of the main reasons why I'm suicidal, as I really can't stand living in a world where people are THIS irrational. It's simply pure, psychological torture for highly rational people like me.

And like I previously told you:
Once you die and meet me in the afterlife, you'll realize how mistaken you were - both about me as a person, and about the afterlife itself. Until then, you'll simply remain lost - just like EvisceratedJester, and anyone else who is too irrational to realize the reasonability and validity/truth of all the things I've said here.

I'm perfectly fine with consciousness just ending and there's a "black screen". I'm not happy that I won't be able to feel the satisfaction of liberation from this existence.
Like Kafka said:

"The terrible thing about death is that it brings the pain of the end, but not the end."
There won't be any black screen. There will be complete non existence.

There was nothing before we were born. There will be nothing after we die. If reincarnation is real, I hope I come back in a better life or hopefully an animal. I would rather be an omniscient entity floating through all of time and space, so I can observe the entire universe free from mortal constraints.

I have taken some time to reflect, and I find it somewhat daunting that once you die, your consciousness ceases to exist retroactively. Essentially, we are all confined to our own psyches; our perspectives constitute the entirety of who we are. But once we die, it's officially over; lights out. All of our accumulated experiences—gone. Forever. While I find this outcome intriguing, it is certainly a profound concept to contemplate.

Do any of you share this perspective on death, or do you believe in the possibility of reincarnation or something similar?

I dont personally belive that, but we are each allowed our thoughts. Even as peaceful as that sounds to me.

After death, you return to the same nothingness as before you were born.

Honestly the only truth is that we don't know until we get there
